Our Approach to Patient and Partner Stories
Every testimonial published on this page follows a clear process:
Informed consent
Each patient or partner provides written consent before their story, photo or identifying information is published. They review the final content before it goes live and can request removal at any time.
No editorial manipulation of outcomes
We do not rewrite patient stories to sound more positive. If a patient describes a mixed experience or modest results, that's what we publish. Honest testimonials build more trust than curated ones.
No cure claims — even in patient words
We work with patients to ensure their testimonials describe personal experiences rather than clinical claims. Statements like "I was cured" would not be published because they misrepresent what cell therapy can promise.
Medical confidentiality respected
We do not publish specific medical records, test results or diagnostic images without explicit patient consent. Patient identifiers are published only with permission.
Partner approval
Clinic and institutional testimonials are published only with the explicit approval of the organisation's authorised representative.
